Complaints about things should be directed
politely to the Council. We'll deal with it and act as mediators.
Board Approval is needed for timing, impression
from the stands and hearing all dragons characters.
When you first join, there is a limit
of 5 prop characters per persona. This means that if you have a dragon,
you can only have four pets. You can petition for board approval of more
than 5, however we will not have any Menolly-type characters.
Keep everything as close as possible to
Anne McCaffrey's Pern, but don't mention Ruatha, Benden, the Fort Harper
Hall or any of Anne McCaffrey's characters. Because of our timeline, you
shouldn't have trouble not mentioing those places.
Golds are ridden by heterosexual women,
bronzes and browns by heterosexual men, blues by heterosexual and homosexual
men and greens by homosexual men or hetersexual women.
No mutated or sport dragons. Also known
as the "No Ruths" rule. That should explain it all.
All other basic Anne McCaffrey rules apply
as well.
